1. Removal Valuation:

The quotation of a value or end price of your removal is made upon a view or a detailed conversation on the phone. The BASIS is formed by the quantity of furniture, its size, type and specifics, the necessity of dismantling and packing, the type of packing materials, unpacking, assembly, floors, availability of elevator, the quantity which may be taken down and up with it, the quantity of the furniture taken down the floors.
All these criteria affect directly the end price of your removal. Any additional work and packing materials related to the aforementioned activities increase the cost of execution and that on its turn affects the value thereof.

The price is also affected by the preliminary request. Many customers wish to be rendered services within the day of their call, which makes the execution more difficult because of the engagements we have already undertaken. We accept removals like these ONLY at a higher price than the usual.

The views are recommendable since they allow the clarification of all details regarding the condition and quantity of the things to be removed on the part of the Contractor Company; thus a clear and correct end price of the removal shall be quoted to establish contact between the parties and get to know each other.

We recommend the terms of your removal be noted down in a written agreement between you and the Contractor Company so that the performance of the undertakings could be given the necessary importance.

2.Preparation:


If you prefer, we could do the removal of your belongings and furniture from the packing and dismantling to the unpacking and assembly with materials of the Company. This may be arranged at the view or on the phone.
With partial removals of 1 or 2-bedroom apartments, the preparation may be made at the agreed day of removal. This depends on the volume and specifics of the removal itself.

It is recommendable that the packing of the personal belongings, dismantling and setting things in a condition suitable for removal, etc. for larger removals of 3 and 4-bedroom apartments be made before the agreed day of removal. Usually this is made the day before, but if you are busy it will be made at a time suitable for you. 
Most customers prefer the preparation of the removal (packing of personal belongings, clothes, books, utensils, dismantling and setting all furniture in a condition ready for removal, etc.) to be at their expense trying to reduce the end price. In this case, we, as contractors carrying out the removal, DO NOT bear responsibility for any damages or broken property.

Upon customer’s demand, we deliver packing materials, cardboard boxes of various sizes and thickness, bubble wrap, stretch-folio, scotch, etc. at a purchase price; the expenses for the delivery are included in the price of the removal.

3.Execution:

Once all questions above are cleared out and there is readiness on your part and on the part of the Contractor Company, the removal itself may begin. A day is fixed for execution of the order, the exact start hour is agreed or an action plan is made, which is advisable for both parties to stick to. It is important for the removal to begin early in the morning.
Household belongings are taken down and loaded in the vehicle in a strictly organized way and order with the purpose of their better stacking, which will ensure the best preservation of personal belongings and furniture during the transportation from the old to the new residence.

The unloading and taking up is made in the reverse order.  The placement of personal belongings and furniture in the new residence is according to the arrangement specified by you; after that the dismantled furniture is assembled and, if desired, also unpacked and arranged are your personal belongings, utensils and other.

In case of any damages inflicted to furniture and personal belongings in the process of removal on the part of the Contractor Company, same shall be recovered at the expense of the Company but only, and if only, this is stipulated in the written agreement between the parties and the end price is reasonably consistent with the assumption of an obligation for recovery of eventual damages.

If no objections are raised by you regarding the execution of the removal, the parties proceed to settling their accounts.

4.Way of payment:

The payment for the service rendered to you is made in the BGN equivalence stipulated in the written agreement or agreed in the oral arrangement between parties. Usually the person in charge of the removal receives the sum in cash and accounts the sum at the office of the Company. Upon your request, you may receive a simplified or tax invoice with a bank transfer for the expenses made for the removal of your movable property. If you are experiencing some financial difficulties, in some rare cases, we might accept an end payment not later than a week.

Once the payment is made the order is considered ended and the parties may NOT lay claims against one another.
